Vector WellnessEngagement through Team Challenges
Engagement of employees is the key to success for any wellness program. An effective way to promote engagement is through using gamification techniques such as team activities (friendly competitions and challenges). These activities are fun for employees, educational, and create a sense of spirit within the organization. Tracking a teams progress and sharing the results with others in the company is key to enhancing engagement as it fosters a sense of camaraderie and spirit that inspires individuals to achieve health goals. This can be done via a posting on a bulletin board, an email to the participants of the activity, using the Wellness portal to share that information, or a combination of all the above. Periodic and positive communication of a group's progress drives further participation and leads to a more effective group activity.

    Vector WellnessEngagement through Group Activities
Engagement of employees is the key to success for any wellness program. An effective way to promote engagement is through group wellness activities (competitions, challenges, team building, etc). These activities are fun for employees, educational, and can start or facilitate an individual's journey to wellness. A key aspect to the team building these activities produce is tracking and sharing the progress and results with others in the company. This can be done via a posting on a bulletin board, an email to the participants of the activity, using the Wellness portal to share that information, or a combination of all the above.
